You are in walking distance of the world famous Beverly Center shopping mall, the Robertson shopping district, (home to Skye, Bell Cosa, and other upscale shops plus dining), and the La Cienega restaraunt corridor, (where you can eat at Zagat rated restaurants such as The Stinking Rose, Gaylord India, Lawry's the Prime Rib, and of course, Fogo de Chao). The apartment is a mile from the corner of San Vicente and Melrose Place, and mere minutes of easy driving to either the widely renowned Grove the incredible fantasy that is Rodeo Drive!

The apartment building is a solid building with underground parking, controlled access, reliable elevator, and rooftop access, (great for a BBQ). The apartment itself is a spacious 1,100 square foot, one bedroom, two bathroom unit that I have taken great care to decorate and make a great location. The kitchen has a full fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal, trash compactor, stove, and air cleanser. The dining room has a full length mirror and a great dining table, with seating for six. The living room has a great couch, ideally situated to watch my 42 inch plasma high-definition television with DVD player, computer desk, ornate Chinese dresser, unique Asian sitting table, a few comfortable chairs, and a nice love seat- plus, there is a balcony there. The bedroom features a king-sized bed, interior drapes, and a full-wall of mirrored closets, as well as a second TV with DVD and VCR. The two bathrooms mean you won't have to wait to use them- one is accessed from the bedroom, while the other is in the hallway. Finally, several CDs players and closets are around the apartment, so atmosphere and space are NOT a problem.
